Exercise: Think Better!
A review of existing literature finds that not only does regular exercise keep the body fit, but it also keeps the mind sharp as it ages. Studies performed on older adults show that more-fit participants outperform less-fit participants on tests measuring cognitive function. Other studies have shown that mental scores improve when unfit participants engage in an aerobic fitness program.
